After closing your account, we may retain certain information for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, or audit purposes.
Preview accounts. Running gjalla scan for the first time creates a preview account for you, capturing metadata about your coding-agent sessions (timestamps, event types, tool names, models, usage, and similar) but not session transcript content. Session transcript ingestion is optional for deeper insights and optimization suggestions on full accounts. We're in beta, so our early customers are extremely meaningful for steering our platform roadmap. Full account access can be requested by sending an email to ellie@gjalla.io. Preview accounts that have not converted to full accounts within 60 days are deleted.
6. Data Security
We take reasonable measures to help protect your personal information from loss, theft, misuse, unauthorized access, disclosure, alteration, and destruction. However, no method of transmission over the Internet or method of electronic storage is 100% secure. Therefore, while we strive to use commercially acceptable means to protect your personal information, we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
7. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last Updated" date at the top of this Privacy Policy. You are advised to review this Privacy Policy periodically for any changes. Changes to this Privacy Policy are effective when they are posted on this page.
